Assuming you used a VED after implant surgery I am interested in how soon you began. i have not tried it but have to think it would potentially be pretty uncomfortable at 26 days.

I sent a message to Dr. Brock to see what he says.

Most surgeons are completely against the post use of VED.

I used my VED by day 39, and yes, it was extremely unpleasant. I chose not to cycle on the following day since i was still a bit sore. I was not rough or over did it, but still, it was painful. I’m guessing this is just the flesh stretching. I’ve read a lot in the forums and medical papers and the use of VED is a split hot topic, some encourage it actually, others say “stay away from it”. Since i want to get back every single inch of my manhood after surgery, ill keep on pumping

I don't understand why you would say "most surgeons". I that it is a controversial topic, just like Coloplast vs AMS, Use of RTE's, Surgeons, Implant methods and Locations, etc. While everyone has their opinion and shares that opinion here, I have not yet seen anyone say MOST... Also, personal opinion vs scientific study results is a pretty easy choice for me.

So, I got an answer back from Dr. Brock... as soon as you start cycling, inflate the implant and then use the VED for 5 minutes, a few times a day. That is what he told me, I do it and I am getting amazing results, I can't stop checking out my junk in the mirror. Now if I could only deflate my spare tire.

Thanks, Larry, I started cycling at 3 days and cannot even begin to imagine using a VED at that point :~(
But since the maximum cycling period is usually about 6 weeks at least I know I should be good for that time period if I proceed with caution.

Dr. Brock has his patients start cycling at 3 weeks and are usually good to go for sex at 6 weeks. You should try to even do a little with the pump ASAP or use the VED. The longer you take to get that sucker pumped up, the more atrophy happens. If you have the LGX, you could regain that lost size. Good luck buddy.
