Young guys with broken dicks?

So I stumbled upon this site a couple nights ago when I was feeling depressed about my situation, and I figured I might as well go ahead and tell my story and ask some questions at the same time. I'm 30 years old and I've suffered from erectile dysfunction for about 7 years now. I believe my issue stemmed from a sex accident with my ex-girlfriend where she was on top and it slipped out and she came down on it. Although after it happened I still finished having sex and didn't really think much of it. It never swelled or appeared bent or anything so I figured it was fine. But fast forward about a week and I was having sex with my girlfriend and my dick went soft while I was inside her. From that moment until now I've never had an erection that felt the same as before. Before the incident I struggled to get an erection to go away, like just sitting beside a girl I would get a boner that wouldn't quit. I saw my first urologist probably about 6 months after it all happened. He suggested it was all in my head and gave me some celias to help get over my, "psychological" issue. The cialis helped a little bit, but I could maybe have sex for 4-5 minutes before going soft even with that. Masturbating was the same situation, I couldn't even get an erection without touching myself and it wouldn't last long. About 2 or 3 years later I managed to get in with Dr. Anthony Bella in Ottawa and he did an ultrasound and told me I broke my, "t-strut" (whatever that means) and said I had some scar tissue. He gave me some medication (Pentoxifylline) which was supposed to help get rid of some scar tissue and he told me to try and get erections as much as possible. After each follow up appointment he said that things were looking a little better, but I wasn't noticing any difference. Eventually I was started on trimix injections. These seemed to work a little bit at first, but eventually they stopped working and I would get about the same affect as just using viagra/cialis. After the injections stopped working, Dr. Bella did a doppler ultrasound to check the flow into and out of my penis. He determined I had some veins (about 6 of them) that were enlarged. The flow of blood into my penis was good, but I couldn't trap any of it because of the enlarged veins. He said there was a new treatment method called shockwave therapy that could potentially help me, but unfortunately it's not covered at all by OHIP here in Canada (I'm from Ottawa). I decided to do it anyways and pay for it myself, and I was glad I did at first because I noticed some really good results. I started getting spontaneous erections and morning wood for the first time in like 6 years. And when I would take viagra I would get a really good erection that I could maintain for an hour or so. However after about 4 months the affects seemed to wear off and I was kind of back to square one. At a follow up appointment with Dr. Bella he suggested we try it again and perhaps it would start to last longer. So I did a bunch more shockwave sessions with him and here I am about a month after my last session. The shockwave treatment this time around hasn't produced the same results as the first. I still don't get morning wood or spontaneous erections, but with some viagra I can maintain an ok erections for 30 minutes (although only when I'm sitting in one position and not moving too much). However with a girl I'm still pretty useless, especially if I make out for a while, it's like my dick just gets tired and even with viagra won't cooperate at all. Too much moving or thrusting too hard usually makes my dick go down pretty quickly. It's just not robust at all and it's making me contemplate the next steps here. I've been researching implants quite a bit recently and it's giving me hope when I feel depressed. However I'm worried that it won't feel the same and I'll just end up with some mutant looking member down there. I can't seem to find a lot of young guys with this issue, I feel a little bit alone and sometimes I wonder how this happened to me. It seems like 95% of the people on here are 60+. I'm extremely physically fit (I exercise every single day), I eat well, I don't have diabetes or anything so it's a bit of a mind fuck for me. I've contemplated suicide more times than I can count, but I don't want to give up just yet. If there are any young guys on here that have gone through something similar to me I'd love to hear from you. Especially if you've gone with the implant route (and particularly in Canada), I'm really curious what kind of experience young people have had with implants. Does it feel the same? Do you feel like your dick is deformed or looks different? Is it easy to use? Do you ever regret getting it? Do girls like it or are they weirded out?
