Hard tips when deflated

Hi all,
I found a few people saying about hard tips, but I haven't managed to find any clarification as to whether this is normal or not: when deflated, the tips are still hard. They don't compress or buckle like the rest of the cylinders do. Is this a problem?
Very thankful for any input.

N0 ... the tips are more like hard plastic cone shaped plugs in the ends.
They can be noticable.

Mine are hard all the time, can't see them, just feel them. It's not a problem at all.

The way I picture them is much like this image! While the Chevy "Bullets" may be just "a bit" weightier and bulkier, I think the shape is pretty close to the tips I feel in my glans!

Only smaller, I would assume.

Personally I think it is a bad design. They should have made them less pointed. AMS are the same way. If the tips were wider it seems like they would not show at all and at the same time giving it a stronger base. JMHO!
