Vitamin E is not going to have any effect on plastic tubing. I am not sure what the picture shows but I wonder if that is not just a fold in the stiff new deflated Titan cylinders. If so, it will vanish when you inflate and it will diminish with time deflated.

I was told by my cardiologist not to use Vitamin E since it affects the heart, while the E was recommended by my Urologist at the time for my peyronies.

The picture is not too defined as to what /where the bulge is? or Did this happen after the surgery and did you pump up to max or is it painful?

Is that bulge still there when you are fully inflated?

Yup it’s still there when inflated granted if I pull down on pump it becomes a little less bulge, just curious on if it will go away or if there is a trick to move those cords around

I think everyone with a Coloplast brand has those ears stick out at some point in the beginning. E is a well known blood thinner plus some studies say a prostate cancer risk. They should smooth out when pumped up. Leaving a little fluid in the cylinders will also help keep them smoothed out when deflated. Over time it becomes a non issue as the cylinder fabric gets broken in like a new pair of shoes. It seems most guys just notice it on one side. Your penis has to adjust from being a shrinker when deflated to being grower size. Yes, even the ones who are showes still grow a tad. Once everything gets settled in all will be well but it might take a few months. Maybe less since you are young which I think often enables you lads to get a nice size implant from the start that will make all the gals say yummy. If you can feel it is the pump tubing from the reservoir you may need to adjust where the pump lays, pull down and maybe toward the back of your ball sack and massage the tubing to the side. The only thing that will help the cylinders early on is pumping it up to break in the fabric and some sweet young damsel to slobber all over it. Cheers man. Looks great in the pictures. 24 cm, that thing is going to be fabulous. Maybe famous!

Looked at the pictures more than a glance. For only 2 weeks that looks fantastic. If you still have the kink when pumped up hard, leave it pumped for a few minutes to stretch or you can work it back and forth a little. It should smooth out, but my guess just pumping it up a little will smooth it out. In time you will not need to add any fluid to smooth it out and your down hang will improve. Some will throw a fit but the common discussion seems to be AMS, small dick and keep pumping it till you finally get your dick back but it is pretty and comfy deflated. Titan, Instant big dick but you have kinks till they smooth out over time. In the mean time, until it wears in, I will trade you dicks. Cheers.

Alibaba, that’s what I thought. I assumed they were cylinder dog ears but apparently he says it is tubing wrapped around the base. Also on pump repositioning, Dr Eid told me I could not try to reposition mine after just 6 days because it was already scaring in place.
