So, 8 days after my surgery and am excited to inflate. Doc wants to wait until week 4. I know that titan owners have a similar flaccid length vs erect, but I must ask... does your pumped up length differ from your flaccid length and by how much?

The differential is now about an inch.
6.5” flaccid and 7.5” inflated and stimulated. I feel that it’s at its optimum after foreplay as opposed to solo work.
It was a slow development that happened over 12 months of twice daily cycling.
My girth improved as well and even though I didn’t keep measurements it is very good.

Inflated and aroused 7”.
Flaccid 5.9”.
Inflated without arousal (i.e. none blood filled glans) right in between, i.e. ~6.5”.
Meaning the implant itself gets about 1/2 inch longer when inflated, and my glans swelling up adds roughly another 1/2 inch.
The implant lengthening is probably from creases straightening, not the implant actually getting longer.

As Eid told me, a perfectly sized Titan has some creases when deflated but none when inflated.
However, the small creases when flaccid are impossible to see, which I guess means my sizing was perfect.

3.5" flaccid, 5.25" erect.

I always thought flaccid state matched erect state.

I am only 5 1/2 weeks out of surgery but I am 6 1/2" inflated, 6 1/4" deflated. I expect that to change a little since I am naturally stretching a little and my deflated penis is somewhat stiff.

Mine is about the same inflated or deflated.

It’s a very interesting question and like many topics on here has a wide variance in answers.
As always human beings react and respond according to their own particular physiology.
Hawkman .....I would be surprised if you don’t gain a little more length over the coming months....it sort of ‘crept’ up on me and still pleasantly surprises me now as I head up towards 2 years.

What is your difference without stimulation?

Another thing to consider is that everybody measures a little different. The only way you would know for sure is if one person measured everyone.
