I did warn you that I am going to be more active as I get closer....29 days from now. I am starting to get more questions popping up...

1) How aggressive can you get with an implant?
2) Are there any positions that will break an implant?
3) My wife was on top when I slipped out and she came crashing down and i heard something give way...I think that is where I developed Peyronies. She hasn't been on top since.

bear with me and all the questions...current and in the future.

3. "Cowgirl" is one of my favorite positions. I do slip out if she leans to far forward, like to kiss me while she rides. You'll learn to cope....

Can be pretty aggressive if thats your thing but know that your implant will be harder than any natural erection so she may or may not want to be aggressive. As far as favorite positions. Cant beat reverse cowgirl for the view alone. Best of luck.

68,Titan Touch 22cm+1.5cm rte's op done in Melbourne Aust by Dr Chris Love-Feb 2017 Venous leakage over a 2 year period, did pills and Caverject. Length@ 3 1/2years is: 7+” erect, 6.5” flaccid and almost 6” girth. REZUM Feb 21 ejaculation now normal.

Diagnosed venous leak. Going with injections rather than implant for the time being.

If surgeon does a good job, every position is possible.

Great Photos
Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.
