AMS Patient Video

I was given a video by AMS before I left the surgery center. Just watched it again, strange how your mind misses things.
The video recommends the usage of VED after implant for those who have scarring if your physician recommends it. So here is another key element to look for. None of my uros like VED.
Another point I missed. The video shows the pump placement similar to what mine is as one of the many accepted methods. It is for the one handed approach. Another key point to consider when choosing surgeons. Mine is wrapped tightly around my base and rises during erection a bit too tight. And you cannot use VED with this method. Very important point.
Third thing I missed. The video has a disclaimer that you may loose penile length because of implant.
There you have it. So disregard my former misinformation.
About VED. Apparently few physicians have studied its benefits are unaware of how vital it is for ED sufferers. Make no mistake we all still have severe ED. Just because you can pump hard does not mean you are disease free. ED steals oxygen from your penis and causes a slow death of all tissue. The pump cannot help that but the VED does. It brings oxygen rich blood into every part of the penis promotes healing of the dilated chambers helping to restore girth and helps to prevent further scarring caused by decay from lack of oxygen. It also activates
the glans and keeps it healthy. Oh and best of all it stretches your penis out longer faster and safer than the cylinders can. There is no erosion possible when VED is use with your pump. Eliminates the pain of stretching completely. And puts it into hyper drive.
