Gents: The part I'm least happy about my Titan is how it looks flaccid. Definitely has rabbit ears, sometimes looks partially erect, sometimes a bit misshapen around the deflated tubes, sometimes pretty normal. I will post some photos of mine. Would love to see some other examples flaccid (mine's great & rock hard & pretty much back to full size when pumped, so that's not my concern).

Couple from after implant, remember AMS is more natural looking so ask guys who have the Titan to post.

I am implanted with Titan Coloplast on 9/5/18, 6 weeks ago today.
Everything what you mentioned, it applies to me.
Not happy at all!
I am worried for mine because you are at almost a year since your implant and still have same issues.
Does it mean, with Titan does not get better regardless of time passed.

Here is my Titan, these pictures were taken at 3 months out. I'm very happy. It's even a little better now at 4 months.

Just shared this photo on another post. 18+1 what can i expect. The pic is when i was 8-9 mos post op. I am now 17 mos post op and doing well. Very satisfied with my implant. Feel my size erect is satisfactory and my flacid is quite natural.

That's a lot of extenders, I don't have any extenders, maybe that's the difference. If my sack is relaxed, which in the pictures it is not, my dick hangs almost straight down.

For goodness sake brother relax..... you are on a journey now that involves at least 12 months of cycling twice a day! Yes, you need to pump up to the point where it really hurts and hold it for at least 15 minutes......morning and night.
Your Titan will serve you well but it’s not instant, it has to be ‘worn in’ and will soften over the coming months.
Fucking and wanking should be your main objectives from here on in....and that’s in addition to cycling.
Trust me, it works.......
And as for the ‘ears’......I love how my flaccid looks (see pic on page 1) the secret is to keep a few pumps in...it all but eliminates the hinge...and makes it look and feel quite fat so for me it simply looks and feels best that way....and I like having a good sized flaccid cock; it’s one of the perks of having an IPP
