You guys who are limping along using pills, injections, even VED, putting off an implant as long as possible. You do realize that your penis is slowly shrinking, right? Don't let artificial erections give you a false sense of security. If your natural day and night erections are very soft or nonexistent then ED is daily killing the tissue in your penis. That causes scarring and yes shrinkage.
Before my implant I had only chubbies for 2 years+. Just enough for manual ejaculations but not enough for sex. The worst part? I didn't notice any difference in size until I measured myself. Had lost 5/8" from before marriage without even noticing! More bizarre yet I assumed that the inch I had already lost to ED before that was temporary and would instantly come back with hard erections. I had no idea that the disease was very naturally turning my penis into a clitoris.
Based on FT testimonies the vast majority of guys never regain what they lost before implant surgery. Me included. In fact nearly all of us are trying to recover what we lost because of the implant.
Don't become a statistic by waiting too long. Measure yourself today and check it in a few months. If you are slowly shrinking into the sunset before it's gone forever, save what's left of your manhood by manning up and getting an implant.

You're right on with this! I was 2.5 years from RP to implant. I figure I lost about an inch from "the original" to where I am now. I think it was "atrophy" from being a limp little noodle for too long. I should have had the implant as soon after RP as I could. I didn't! While "wishing I were bigger", I've taken my "little guy" out to play twice this week. Good luck man!

Same...but 1/2 inch. Hoping scrotoplasty and Dr Eid re-sizing during surgery will help SOMETHING back.

My URO sent me to PT that specialized in incontinence and penile rehab. She put me on injections at 8 weeks. VED daily and enlarge with trimix every 4 days. I was allergic to trimix and started to bend, so I quit the injections. Had injections worked I would probably still be doing them. How does having 2 rods in your dick create blood flow?? The implant does give your penis blood flow. My glans have been blue since the ipp. Trimix caused everything to fill out. 2 days prior to the ipp I was 6 1/4 inch with trimix I am 6 inch now with implant. I still don't know how the implant restores the blood flow as required for penile health. Could someone please explain that.

The implant does not restore any blood flow. VED after implant is the only way to do that.
