Brotherhood very sorry for continuing new topics here and really do appreciate everyone support as I’ve found more info here than anywhere else. I’m cycling and deflating good now, sex life has been great 31 days postop. My question is obtaining maximum erection from pumping. Do you all press a finger on the tubes while pumping? Seems like no matter how much I pump it never gets past mid line, sticking out but not sticking straight up. I feel like maybe my tubes are too short or not enough fluid in the reservoir?? I can get the “gush” in the first pump and pump some, seems like it’s how I angle it or if I pump the bottom of the bulb. I try and pump until I really can’t anymore but still not standing up and it doesn’t hurt at all. Anyways just needed reassurance I’m doing this right or maybe I got shortchanged somewhat. I know their is more pressing matters on this board and I should just be happy with what I have. Thank you all!

Pump to the max, wait 5 minutes and try to get in more pumps. Repeat every 5 minutes for a couple of hours a day. Was your erection pointed up when your doc pumped you?

Thanks Ed for your response buddy. My doc told me to pump and he left the room. I couldn’t get it pumped so he finally “popped” it and inflated just a little when he came back. Said “it will improve and eventually get bigger”. No it wasn’t sticking up. Laying in bed now and gonna try doing what you said for a while.

If I remember correctly, you were implanted with 18cm + 1.5 cm RTE.
If you don’t mind, what do you have for lenght now?

Keep on pumping. You may not be able to have your erection pointing up. Many ppl implanted stick straight out or a tad higher.

When pumped 80% I can bend mine. at 100% it will not bend even a little. I use the first joint of my index finger and first joint of my thumb. I grip the tubes at the block with one hand and press the bulb very close to the block with the other hand. !00% pumped starts to hurt bad in 20 minutes.
The bulb will go flat if it runs out of saline fluid. My reservoir is only 80cc with 15 cm tubes. I have 15 cm with 5cm rte and come out with 6 inch but that is variable as to how deep your inside measurement may be. The point degree varies with the strength of the suspensatory ligament.Mine points out straight but points at my chin when laying down. Good pumping!

MK, would you believe In my lifetime I’ve never measured myself? Not until you asked me lol. Never really knew where to measure from or to so I could get an accurate measurement. Anyways didn’t have a tape in the house but did have a yard stick, I know it sounds so damn good “measured my pecker with a yard stick last night”. Sadly after pumping for about 30 min or so I was only 4 1/2 inches??? Disappointing cause I always thought I was normal or a tad bigger.
