At the three week mark I feel like there is something in my D that can’t get comfortable. When how long will it take to feel like it’s just a part of you.

At 70 days post implant, my Titan feels really strange, feels like foreign body which bothers me a lot. It is totally unnatural feeling and I do not think I will ever be able to get used to that feeling. I have too many dog ears, humps and bumps on my shaft and full scrotum of trades and wires.
Dog ears are so prominent on the shaft which are deforming shaft so badly in deflated state. Inflated looks a bit better.
Deflated is never soft and flaccid. I hate my Titan. I blindly trusted a doc to choose it for me which was not good match with my short penis.

It really takes time. I am 19 months on the Titan and it feels more normal every day. No where near as fast as the normal the LGX did but that thing did nothing for me. This one works consistently and got my size back.

Yes it feels like my dick. If I ever felt like it felt like someone else's dick, I would be concerned.

Im 3 weeks post op and my Titan has caused me significant anguish

1. I no longer get a sensation of needing to piss - I just get a twinge in my dick and need to go 'there and then'

2. The Titan will not deflate much, anytime I manage to deflate it and get some comfort it just auto-inflates and Im back in agony

3. Yes I can feel bumps/protrusions on one side of my dick but not the other

4. The 90 degree bend from Peyronies isnt really gone like the urologist said it would be. Its at least 30 degrees

5. Pump causes pain in scrotum when standing but not when walking (how weird is that) and sitting down the extra mass feels weird especially when driving.

At 22 months my Titan is my dick!
I love it. Just as lengthy as it originally was, maybe a little more uniformly fat and it feels amazing because I keep it slightly pumped.

I am really sorry to hear this. When it's time for a revision, I encourage you to try the AMS. Mine feels totally natural to me. I only notice mine when I am specifically thinking about it which is a lot because I spend a lot of time on this website. The Moderators job is actually a very big volunteer position. I love it but it's a big job none the less. I hope you can at least enjoy the sex until time for a revision.

I don't get it really.
Maybe I was just lucky. Maybe Smetro was just lucky.
Maybe you are doomed to walk the earth with a constant erection and feel uncomfortable all your life when you have a Titan.
But in my case, that is just completely wrong.
I had a pretty long recovery time.
I'd say 4 months before it did not impact my day to day life and activities.
And even after that, it takes 1-2 years to reach the end product.

But that end product sure is worth it.
My dick is both slightly LONGER and THICKER now than it ever was on a natural erction (with or without Viagra).
When flaccid it hangs pretty much straight down, It is so pliable that even though it is >15 cm long when flaccid, it can barely be seen even in tight clothes or swimwear. I never squeeze my shaft when deflating. I just press the deflate valve. The result is what you see on the pic. I never keep a few pumps in it when flaccid. It feels perfectly fine anyway. I feel nothing from my dick all day long. If I really focus on it right now, as I sit here typing, I cannot in any way feel the implant. It feels just like it did before implant.

When erect it points at 2:00 and nobody can feel the cylinders in the shaft.

All these stories of people having their dicks pointing at 3:00 deflated, I'd say you either don't deflate properly or your doc did a shitty job.

Totally agree with Merrix apart from the single squeeze deflate action......I can deflate by squeezing once however it doesn’t go down all the way without assistance......no big deal, I only have to do it when I go surfing because I too am otherwise always partially inflated..... I just like it that way......looks and feels great.

Thanks for your insight. As I’m sure your no different we all want instant results. Today we
have been programmed to expect everything to be at the speed of light we want an answer we
Google a question we have to be more comfortable knowing things take time. Although we still demand instant.
