Had a consult today with an implant surgeon. Did a doppler test and seems to be i have blood flow problems and problems due propecia usage. Also i have a 25* curve to the left.

We talked about options and seems to be an implant is the best choice for me.

He was very pro Titan. Because it's more durable, so that's better for someone my age. He sais ams will last about 11 years and a titan on a average 20+ years.

Correct if i'm wrong, but are there strong disadvantages compared to the AMS?
1. It is very small when soft
2. It's pointing like it's (semi-) erect when it's deflated
3. It looks unnatural
4. It feels unnatural. So if a girl gives you head or a handjob (sorry for my language), she will def. feel?

So the advantage of a Titan it will last longer and you a harder erection?

Hey there smphead! I was implanted last year and have been with multiple women since then. Honestly not one woman has noticed that I was implanted. There have been a study made on the durability, and as far as I remember, the result was they were very equal. If your doc says the Titan is more durable, it'd be itneresting to know what he bases that on. I hope he is right though, considering what I have got down there...

1- No, the Titan is rather larger when it is soft. Definitely larger than an AMS LGX which retracts when flaccid and probably larger than an AMS CX as well because of the sturdier material.

2. No. Some people will say yes. But if so, then something went wrong. A Titan with the rigtht size in the right patient will not point out. I post my flaccid pic again to show that a flaccid Titan can hang perfectly.

3. No I don't think so. You look at my pic and be the judge.

4. This has been debated here hundreds of times. My opinion is that if a girl rubs, sucks, touches your balls thoroughly she will feel the pump. The shaft, when you are inflated, is almost impossible for a girl to feel something is wrong with. Howeve, I guess that if your blood flow to the shaft is very poor, or non-existing, it might be a different story.
