Im 2 weeks and 3 days since surgery. Every picture I've seen the pump is below the scrotum. Mine is behind up against the root of my penis. My finger is on the base of the pump bulb. I doubt I could get a hold of it to pump. Will it drop?

It may drop in time. Have you been cleared to take hot baths? If so, that’s a good time to pull down on the pump twice a day.

Good question, Everything is healed, no more bruising. Dr appointment the 12th for instructions. Not sure I could pull it down, as I can feel the tubes from the pump to the top of my penis and it doesn't feel there is any extra length.

You can... Get in a tub of water as hot as you can stand... give it 10 minutes to soak and warm up and then grab ahold, pull down and to the front. You need to pull down and out several times a day. You will be fine...

Mines is higher up on my shaft that your. See the attached picture, you can see pump high up on the left

is it in front or behind your balls?

My pump is the bump below the tip of my finger in front of my right ball. Got hit in the balls when was a kid, right ball basically flat.

mines totally behind them, very high and very hard to grab.

Give it time my brothers. After all the swelling and gunk around the pump went away, my pump sits perfectly at the base of my scrotum. After about 3 months if it hasn't moved down, see your surgeon. Good luck my brother and welcome to the world of bionic men! Please feel free to contact me anytime.

Mine is behind my nuts and hangs down slightly. I am 8 weeks out from surgery mine is easy to grab and to pull down on.
