I can masturbate now even if it is non erect. I can have an orgasm. How will this change after the implant?

Some men can masturbate without an erection, and some men cannot (it has to do with things like anatomy etc.). Personally I have found that using the implant has not negatively changed my masturbation or my orgasms.

(There isn't an emoji for this subject, or I would use it.)

Flaccid is so big that I feel like I have a hard on all the time. Masterbation is great at about 60% hard.

Most of the time I am good at around 60%, but sometimes I need more like 90% and I have had success flaccid... once only though.

Before my implant I could masturbate to orgasm when totally flaccid, it never grew at all. I guess its technique.

I like to wait a few days in between each time. Before my implant my main goal was just to get it done. With my implant it's much more enjoyable to just take my time and smell the roses. If I'm really serious I will v e d before get really thick and full and go for it deflated. For me that is almost exactly a s before implant

I'm also new post-op - I also find I can masterbate and orgasm flaccid - which I'm infact using as part of my inflation process as it makes it somehow feel less painful.

Here's how I understand it.. there's two components of the what goes on in the penile-area during erection:

1. The structural-body of the penis (i.e. what the penile-implant is doing the job of replacing) becomes longer and harder - making it rise up in the process.
2. The penile tissues around that structural-body become engorge.

Erectile dysfunction is when number 1 no longer functions as it should - which is where the penile-implant comes in.

But number 2 may still be functioning fine (i.e. becoming engorged) regardless - which is why I'm guessing masterbation is possible in flaccid state post-implant.

This is also why being inflated whilst being sexually-stimulated, might make the penis slightly larger (if only temporarily), than if it was just inflated but not stimulated (i.e. because you also have that engorgement process going on).

That's just my understanding of it though.
