I Have Been Paying Attention With AMS BUT...

I understand that the AMS LGX expands in length. BUT does that mean you are gaining additional length from pre-implant size? Does the flaccid penis look bigger than before the implant... the same as with the Titan? What is the relative difference in firmness between AMS CX and LGX. I know there is a difference but how negligible is the difference? Anal is very important to me. I have never mentioned this before...BUT...if I ever repeat myself it is because I have trouble retaining information sometimes. I try my best to keep this to a minimum out of respect for my fellow FT brothers. Sorry and thanks!

You may gain size with any 3 piece implant. It’s not guaranteed. Your flaccid will be bigger with both brands. The cx does get noticeably harder than the lgx when fully pumped. I see you are going with Dr. Eid. My advice to you is to write down all your questions and concerns before you talk to him to make sure you’re not leaving anything out. I would let him make the choice of implant.

anywhere). Do you know which one hangs lower between lgx ans cx?

That all depends on the size of your Johnson. The LGX being a little less rigid will probably hang lower but the size and weight of it plus the size of your scrotum will have a lot to do with how it hangs. Post some pics and we can tell you better.

No problem. The lgx and cx hang when flaccid are about the same.

I wouldn't say my Titan hung at all. It was basically sticking out whether pumped up or deflated. My AMX does hang down but I am still wearing it up, for now, as instructed by my doctor. When my AMX is flaccid it looks and feels very natural. It even shrinks up to about 6.5 cm occasionally which is similar (but never down to turtle head) as the original.
