Implant hard, but penis hangs

Hello everybody. I am Jo from Berlin / Germany. 59 years old. My english is not 100%. I use the Google translator for help.
I have an implant, ZEPHYR ZSI 475, since 09/2018. It's ok with that. When I pump it up the penis gets rock hard, but it hangs. It does not stand up. Does anyone know the problem? Thank you for your answers.

Do you know if your doctor used rear tip extenders? Excessive use of rear tip extenders can possibly cause a hard erection but with a low angle that wobbles at the base.

Perhaps it has something to do with the brand or type of implant? In the US they use either the Coloplast or the AMS so not familiar with the Zephyr? Does anyone else here have experience with that type of implant?

You are the first user in the forum with Zephir implants. many of us are curious to know ithis new product. I imagine you already know the world market until today was controlled only by Anas and coloplast...

I got the implant because I suffered from IPP and ED for years. After a bowel cancer surgery in 2016, the nerves were also damaged. The implantation was paid by my health insurance.
The Zephyr implants come from Switzerland. As far as I'm informed, the company manufactures 2 types of implants. the penile implants and special implants for the reconstruction or renewal of penises after accidents and sex changes. I was free to choose the implant and I chose Zephyr because my doctor convinced me. Whether this was the right step, I can not be judged.

Is your implant the one with a single cylinder and proximal plate that attaches to the pubic bone?
You are the first person that I know of on Franktalk with this!

No man, that model is for FtM procedure ( formale to male sex change procedure )..
