First intercorse sfter implant.

I'm just over 8 weeks after implant and the wife and I had our first intercorse. She just got over sling surgery 7 weeks ago.I kept bottoming out and the ends of the implant were hurting . Are all implants the same. About 3/4 of the top end of the implant are like wooden pegs. They hurt her also.
Found prostate caner April 2010 Had prostate removed July 2010. ED went down from there. Had implant AMS 700 Nov 12 2018.
Age 73. Married 51 years.

Gets much better at 3 months. Body still getting used to it. My first painless intercourse was at 12 weeks.
82, good health, RP 7-2017, all nerves taken , PSA 0.05, 4-18,, .07 1/19,.05 4/19, .03 11-21, .04 11-23, implanted 4-1-18, Infra-pubic, AMS lgx 15 cm with 5cm rte. Implant at USC Keck. Dr Boyd and Dr Loh Doyle 6.5 x 5, 800 AUS 7-21-20

Does your glans engorge?
I think that if it does then it hurts a lot less, sort of cushions it.
Implanted with AMS 700 lgx, 2021.

It takes months for your body to rebuild damaged tissue. If you use gentle vacuum pressure just before sex it will beef you up for about an hour or so more than enough to cushion you.
