Short changed and floppy head.
I am currently six weeks out of implant surgery where I received an lgx implant. After the dr visit at 4 weeks my surgeon gave me the go ahead to start pumping. After I started pumping I began to realize that the cylinder tips did not go into the head of my penis at all. At first I thought that it was just the swelling I had in my fat pad and it would get better after time once that went down a little bit. I didn’t want to freak out because I was still early in recovery and everyone here says to be patient and it will get better. I emailed my dr about my concern and he told me to come in to see him. We will see what he says once I am there but I don’t have much faith that he will do anything about it. I will attach some pictures to show you what I am talking about. One is of the pre implant Trimix erection and the next couple after the implant and floppy head. Am I freaking out for no reason?

Re: Short changed and floppy head.
If I were the litigious type, I would say you have a case for negligent malpractice. I might invest in a second opinion before your followup with your surgeon. Dr. Eid is one that has been mentioned who will do consults over the telephone. You could arrange to send pictures, or perhaps video conference. (I am not technically adept, but I know some smartphones can to video calls.)
Armed with a second opinion before your followup with your surgeon will make your interpretation of what he tells you more incisive. (Translation from Geek to English: You will be able to tell if it is a line of bullshit.)

Re: Short changed and floppy head.
That's so sad to me. I wonder if the doc expects the LGX to grow enough to fix this problem?
I simply don't understand why waiting 4 weeks to even start cycling is smart?
Maybe doc'll say you have scar tissue blocking the cylinders from reaching the glans but really sounds like bullshit.

Re: Short changed and floppy head.
It does look like your implant is too small unfortunately. Dr. Karpman is just a quick flight away up in the Bay Area if you wanna consult with him. The good news is if you have a revision, your recovery will probably be easier.
Re: Short changed and floppy head.
The best you can do for now is trying to have a hard on by being aroused. See if you residual erection does with the implant. My first CX was not into the glans but really good for intercourse. I was really disapppointed ar first and now i really miss it.

I don't know what the OP's insurance situation is, but the revision will be expensive.

If you are local to USC you might consider getting an opinion from Dr Mills at UCLA. https://www.uclahealth.org/jesse-mills He impressed me as being a very capable doctor. He is easy to schedule, accepts lots of insurance plans, and implants only AMS.

Re: Short changed and floppy head.
Thanks for your replies guys I thought maybe it was all in my head. I am hoping that he will be willing to say there is something wrong and he will fix it. The appointment is on the 29th so I will try to get ahold of another dr first to get their opinion. This was my biggest fear of getting the implant is that I would be shorted. My insurance is anthem blue cross and is decent. The first surgery covered most of my out of pocket for the year so hopefully it wouldn’t cost me much for the revision. For the guys with a lgx how har does the tips go up when deflated? Another thing that is weird is that I didn’t have marks on the head after surgery so I assume he did not pull the implant through like everyone else.

Wow I thought I had it rough. So you're saying that those pictures are fully inflated? At 20% pumped I look better than that the night I went home. Can't wait to hear what your doc says I really hope that it's not what it looks like. what you think it is. I also hope he doesn't have the same I don't give a damn attitude that mine did. Good Luck

Re: Short changed and floppy head.
Unfortunately that is fully pumped. I probably could have got a couple more pumps if I would have waited a few minutes and tried again. Where the incision is on my fat pad causes it to be puffed out and I was hoping that would go down and give me more of my size back. If I press down I can get quite a bit more size but still nothing compared to what I had before. When he pumped it up the first time in the office he was saying it was a good hard dick. I should have said something then but I didn’t realize until later when I tried masterbating rhat the head wasn’t supported.
