Extreme Girth

My question is whether or not I will maintain my girth with an implant?
I am 7' long and know many men are longer so I'm not concerned about the length but I am also 7 1/4's in circumference, which is extremely girthy.
Any of you guy, with extreme girth, had any experience? Please let me know how much you maintained or if you lost girth, Thanks in advance.

My per-implant measurements on trimix were nearly identical, in length and circumference, to yours. I had a Titan implanted (22cm+2cm RTE) and my length was maintained but my circumference is now 6.25 inches.

Given the girth of a Titan which is the largest, I don't think you will maintain that large of girth unless the central cavernosa around your urethra contributes considerably to your tall boy size weenie.

My corpus spongiousm contributes nothing to my girth because all nerves were removed during the RP. I am skinny and oval shaped compared to pre RP chunky and round. Don't have a pre RP measurement. I know is much smaller. First time sex with my wife after IP, she said "is it in?"

That is a bummer. The spongiosum is not usually affected by E.D. but with the nerves that energize the tumescence gone, the only way to get engorgement would be vacuum and a constriction ring.

On the good side, the constriction ring would not have to be as tight as those used to keep an erection. Only tight enough to keep the spongiosum engorged, which should be much more comfortable.

Still it is disappointing to contemplate additional fol-de-rol to have the best sex of which you are capable.

That is exactly what I had in mind but hit a moment I couldn't think of the proper name.

I should have mentioned that if I use a VED to 4 in. Hg and hold for 10 minutes, releasing for 10 minutes, and repeating the cycle for a total of 3 rimes, I can get my girth up to 6.8 inches, and my length to 7.2 inches. I really should take a measurement when I'm fully sexually stimulated but by that time I usually very distracted.
