Hi guys, would you guys mind giving some more information?...from immediate post op to long term is there really much of a difference in size gain? My physician told me to pump it up 2-3 times a day for 10 minutes. Is there anything else more to do than that like bending it around or vacuum pumps etc. to stretch it? Is there any risk of pumping the device too much and overstressing the device components or even popping it. I have a Coloplast Titan so I am guessing that the pump will get hard to pump when you have reached the limit of maximum inflation? Also, has anyone done girth enhancement and can say how that experience is and how much can be gained in what time frames. Thanks!!

Far as I can tell if you had no real scarring before surgery your Titan should give you back your "day of surgery} length within days to weeks. I had excessive scarring and it took me 6 months using VED sporadically to regain my original length. Good luck

First of all, in case you didn't notice, I moved this to Implants. Now... different doctors say different things. Mine said twice a day for 30 minutes each. To go along with that, pump the implant up all the way and then put the VED on. Pump the VED up until it's comfortable but one more pump would be uncomfortable and leave it for 30 minutes. If you find small haematomas on your glans, reduce the time by 5 minutes each until they don't show up. They are not dangerous, just a bit unsightly. Everyone is different so there is no exact directions for everyone. My personal results have been nothing shy of remarkable.
