Some guys say they like the look of their implanted Penis better than before the implant, and others feel it looks as though they disfigured themselves, but I was wondering if those of you who did not like the look of the "flaccid implanted penis" were able to find a "sweet spot" by partially inflating until it looked pretty good, but was not busting out of your pants.
Obviously this would most likely be just when parading around in front of a lover, (as I'm sure no one cares what their penis looks like when their sleeping or completely dressed out in the world).

I’m a bit strange since being implanted. I like to pump it up a lot when I’m out in public and wear skin hugging jeans. That’s all I’m saying lest I lose any respect I had here!

55 years young. Reasonably fit. No health issues other than ED.
Used pills for 5+ years and Trimix for 6 years.

Yep always have a few pumps ‘in’ so my sausage is nice and round.....and to hell with what anybody thinks
68,Titan Touch 22cm+1.5cm rte's op done in Melbourne Aust by Dr Chris Love-Feb 2017 Venous leakage over a 2 year period, did pills and Caverject. Length@ 3 1/2years is: 7+” erect, 6.5” flaccid and almost 6” girth. REZUM Feb 21 ejaculation now normal.

The outline of nice packages whether that be in the boardroom, grocery store or pool is every bit as appealings as the tasteful display of nice cleavage. OK, I find cleavage display always pleasing be it displayed tastefully or not! LOL

I have passed the age of invisibility. At 76 nobody looks your way, package or not.

Since I never had a "package" before my implant I love the one I have now. Even without any pumps it is about 3.5". But I keep 2 or 3 good pumps in it most of the time which gives me a nice bulge but does not stick out like a semi. Love my implant!

Lots of guys here have a shriveled piece of crap after the RP procedure. Having 5 1/2 inch to handle is very nice compared to 1 1/2 inch post RP size. Have to completely un buckle my belt to drag it out to pee. Going to lunch with the widow ladies, I were it at 10 pumps.

Guess I'm in the opposite camp, but no, I don't like giving it any pumps. Then it's like a bit of an erection and not the look I'm going for clothed.
