12 months since Titan implant surgery - a report on status

Hi All,
It was 12 months to the day since I received a 20cm Titan implant. I described the experience in a case study on FT at:
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=10654

I provide an update 12 months out, with the aim of assisting men who are considering an implant journey.

A point of celebration: Mrs Robert and I celebrated the 12 month occasion with great sex and intense orgasims for each of us. This technology really works!

After 12 months I am still regularly cycling the implant twice a day to maximum inflation (achieved using thumb and index finger… with additional pressure from the other hand).
After approx 30 mins I still experience pain in the upper shaft of the penis, which I presume is due to ongoing expansion of the Tunica Albuginea. I am cautious to make sure that I don’t risk excessive stretching of the Tunica. In the first 6 months I gained 1.5 cm in length and 1.5cm of girth at the base of the penis. In the last 6 months no identifiable changes have been measured. The rate of change was non-linear in the rapid change occurred in the 5-6 month interval.
The 30 deg of upward Peyronies has been corrected and there is approx 8 deg of upward bend which is not of consequence. The penis shape is natural, it has more girth than previously particularly at the base. There is no discomfort (unless cycling to full stretch after 30 mins). In a deflated state the penis does protrude more, but I have have adjusted to this… its best considered a positive!
My wife thinks that it is successful at all levels and she gets off on an erect state that is continuously and readily available. We have framed the implant as a sexual augmentation, which allows an erectile response that transcends a physiologically normal male. We build positive dialogue around it into our intimate communication. Interestingly both of us like to end the sexual encounter with the penis pumped to the max so that we explore of pleasure of a REALLY firm penis. Note blood pressure is up to ~ 3psi... where as implants can be inflated to 20psi.. see: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5654325/

For me the implant journey has been worth taking. I make sure to consciously guide my mind state to make the most of what this technology is providing. Remembering that our minds are unbounded, and sexuality happens in the mind. Such a mental approach has facilitated a renewed and generative intimacy in my relationship.

I hope the above assists others with their personal decision making.

Thanks... in principle the technology will work for decades... and if one frames it positively in their mind then it can confer max sexual happiness which flows over in to well-being in all sorts of ways....

This sounds so very clinical.

A very fine account. Great to hear that someone is doing so well a year out.

I love the focus on it being an augmentation in some respects. Really helps keep moral up.
Thank you for taking the time out to tell us.

Facts are nice to hear. I hope to be able to make a similar report some day. Just the facts lady. If you remember the old Dragnet line.

Sounds good. Glad you are happy with it.
Best of luck.
If I may ask, you don’t have to answer.
20cm implant, in the end what did you up with?

Thinking of pulling the plug and getting implant.
Thank you
Bond

Hey Robert1966,

I thought you provided an awesomely written 12 month report, and this type of "clinical" report is exactly what so many frank talk members need. Facts are three times more valuable than opinions since, as you all know when it comes to opinions -- well, just like other body parts, "everybody has one !"

At any rate, thrilled to hear that you are doing well, thrilled that you shared the facts, and I am sure most members will find your "clinical" report super useful.

Robert's report is very well written, factual, and useful to other forum members. Quite a contrast to your posts.
