Anyone else out there notice that when logging on to the Franktalk website recently that you’re PC states that the server is not responding? I have a very strong signal, and no issues with logging onto any other websites. It will finally respond, but only after several minutes. Seems strange?

I don't get that message but it takes a long time to login. Looks like a problem on that end.

Franktalk has Connectile Dysfunction?

I noticed that sometimes logging on has a pause. "Delayed Connjaculection" perhaps. But never a failure to connect and the delay is not every time.

I've noticed very slow initial loading since yesterday. When the site finally loads, response seems pretty normal. Must be a server issue at FT's end.

It is fixed. It was the RSS feed on the home page slowing it down. The web guys temporarily disabled it. They will relaunch it
Just to clear up popular misconceptions. There is no Franktalk server. It is hosted at bluehost.com, the largest server in the US.

I often get web site questions, which makes sense, since I started FT years ago, but I am NOT a computer or website guy. I know nothing about it except what the web guys have taught me....which is not much. I am a penis expert...not a web expert.

But if there are issues, please zoom and email to me and let me know. FT is almost always running in the back ground, but if I am seeing a patient, I am def not looking at FT!
