At first I was kinda bummed it didn’t point a least a little “up” but profile mirror views reveal its not only not pointing up, but actually pointing down a bit

This pumped to max.....I did have sex before I was officially activated (still 2 weeks away)... any chance I “broke” something ? (FWIW I have no pain)

Mine points to about 2 o'clock. It's had a little "up" direction since the first day of surgery, but how much up depends partially on how much inflation I give it.

As another owner, not a doctor, I don't imagine that using it a little early would cause a problem with the direction it points. It's probably more about anatomy. We're all a little different. To me it seems like the cylinders, once fully inflated, are going to point in the direction they are set. They inflate and get nearly rigid and not much will keep them from being straight. I could hang weights from this thing and it wouldn't move.

Try the technique I discussed in that other thread of continuing to add inflation over time. It might help.

Glad you're not having any pain. My most lasting pain was from the continuing pinch to the scrotal skin from trying to force more fluid into the cylinders. But even that went away before too long.

Is your incision on your scrotum or above your penis?

I had the same experience with my implant. Before surgery, with trimix injections i pointed about 1-2 oclock.. now I point 3-4 oclock. Since the cylinders are straight when inflated they will point in the direction your anatomy dictates. That is the angle is determined by the proximal portion of your cylinders placed in the crus. My wife and I found that we needed to experiment with our positions based on the new geometry.

There is evidence of a small (1/2" wide) incision* above and to right of penis (no stitches) but the more prominent incision is on the scrotum (with stitches)

Could be for a drain. Orfor insertion of reservoir

Ectopic placement of tbe reservoir. Contact your hospital and ask for your OR report. This will describe the surgery and device used

I'm a 3 O-clock guy.
My wife has to guide it and didn't use to.
In my case, I blame the RTEs, but don't really know.
I tell my wife it only has one eye and it's usually closed.

I posted this before about the erection angle. I dont know how it worked but it did. So during regular cycling, i would pump hard then point my erect dick straight up against my stomach. Then i would wear compression or gyn shorts with the waist band at dick level to hold it there. It actually trained my erection to point higher. Over time i went from 4 o'clock to better than 3 o’clock. I read this on FT and didnt believe it but it worked for me.
