Pain after pumping in engorged head

I guess I will try again as I am desperately trying to find someone in similar boat for advice

Last time I posted everyone said give it time

I am now 10 weeks post op - this started after just 2 weeks

No real pain or discomfort - except....

When I pump fully, after a few seconds I feel the head start to engorge with blood and then I can’t touch it or have sex at all

It has made my implant useless as I can’t pump and use it. I will see the doc at 3 mos mark in a few weeks and of course talk to him about it

But, Has anyone had this ? Heard of it ? Advice ?
