Tubing placement and pain

Hi guys,
So I am 37 days out from surgery. I was cleared for sex at 21 or 28 days but tbh it is still really painful of any impact on the area above my penis and balls. I know this is where the tubing goes to the reservoir over the bone. Does anyone know if the tubing that connects to the cylinders is in the same area (So essentially on top of the shaft)? Or does it connect like below the shaft on the ball side? Or does it depend on the doctor or something? To me it doesn't make a lot of sense to have the connections to the cylinders on top as this would in theory create more pain
I want to start having good sex where I can actually pound so to speak. I was told by my doctor before the surgery that I will be able to do everything sexually except with better performance than a regular guy. But this surely isn't the case as any impact on the above area hurts and I have to stop. How long does this pain take to go away? Will I ever actually be able to have rough sex again? Right now feeling disappointed.

Hoping,
I fill my tubing on the top of the shaft, on the bottom side and on both sides, which means 360 degrees around my penis base.
I had ectopic reservoir placement secondary to my RP which left lots of scaring in that area.
