Anyone else here have hard spots (tubing connections) at base of penis ? If so....

Anyone else here have hard spots (tubing connections) at base of penis ? If so....

Postby Evinrude » Fri Aug 23, 2019 9:40 am

does this get better over time ? I ask as last night after a bit of cowgirl position action she mentioned some vaginal pain due to this. If I was lucky like some of you with a dick longer than her interior that wouldn't be a problem...but with little 'ol me she bottoms out. Curiously we have done this before (with multiple orgasms) without this being an issue, so not sure why it was last night.

I suppose a spongy texture penis ring might help cushion the landing action... what say ye ? :?

As an aside I wonder if the tubing connections absolutely had to be where they are ? Sure would be better if they were buried deeper in my bod. Maybe they could have been if he's snipped 1cm off 18cm LGX base instead of using 15cm with 2cm RTE's ?

I actually raised this very point in an earlier post.
I intend to use a cock ring after implant to achieve a firm glans (It works now, only thing that does)...so I am a bit concerned that connections that are high up the shaft, connection points that are distal, would get in the way of a ring.

The only way I can think of avoiding this would be the minimal use of RTE's.
Just as you have said. My logic followed your own.

I agree this could have been avoided, or at least reduced as much as possible, if they had cut off a bit rather than add RTE's, as Dr Eid seems to do.

From what I've read here, not having the RTE's might allow for a little more upward angle as well. Still maybe there was something about my internal anatomy where it absolutely had to be done exactly how he did it... but will always wonder...

On a happier note, had sex today on the boat and it went great ! Slightly different positions possible in a V berth ! :D

I'm having a problem understanding why where the connection of tubes from cylinders to pump matters.
If the connection is deep, can't the tubes come out where the incision is?

Granted, if excessive RTEs are used, the exit from the cylinders might be further out.

Maybe I should draw a sketch of what I'm trying to say?

I think the tubing exit is a compromise. Fits most men, not all.

I guess why I believe the tubing can exit the incision at a different place than where it exits the cylinder is because Dr Eid is able to seldom if ever use RTEs.

Very valid point. But I suspect that he is willing to not follow the instructions to the letter. Case in point. He seems willing to trim the end of Titan implants. I doubt that Coloplast is thrilled about that. I haven't heard of any trimming of AMS products.

I too have hard spots ( Can feel the tubes ) either side of the shaft base.
When my girlfriend and i do cowgirl it is quite uncomfortable for me when she bottoms out. As a result we dont do it very often and when we do i make sure that i can control the depth.

I've always wondered why my doc decided to use 3.5cm RTEs on me.
I wondered if it would make it easier for him to get a straight shot out of the cylinders to the pump.

I just revisited the AMS surgical procedures and believe I found the reason.
I'll try to attach the write-up on it:

I think I know exactly what you’re talking about. Im a skinner guy so I don’t have a lot of meat in my abdomen area and I can kinda feel connections of the tubes at the base of my penis. Does not bother me or my girl at all. I asked my doc and she said told me it is because I’m skinnier lol.

Implant was best thing I’ve ever done. I literally can’t have enough sex now. Anyone considering I’m willing to answer questions but I recommend it 100%. Pills never worked and trimix hurt like hell. Seriously new man with new confidence!
