Guys I will be getting implanted in about 3-4 months. My erections have always been 12 o'clock what can I expect after implant.

I had a higher angle erection at a younger age, but my current fully pumped angle is pretty much at 3 o’clock like my pre-implant angle. If you have really weak erections now and used to have firmer erecting s that stood taller, maybe you can expect a change but otherwise I think you will probably have what you have.

12 o’clock ?? Seems like your dick would have to be straight up pressing against a slim belly !

My youthful erection reached almost to my belly. Now that I am 70 my belly almost reaches to my erections.

The angle of your implanted erection depends on many factors which will be unknown until after surgery., principaly, I think, the shape of your crud.

Be happy you will HAVE an angle of a rigid penis. Eyes on the prize.

There are things you can do to affect the ultimate and enduring angle. Talk to your surgeon.

That being said I am not sure I understand the question fully. Depends on where you put the clock. Replies are with 9 o'clock being straight up to your chin and 3 o'clock being down to your feet. With this understanding I am about 1:45 fully pumped while standing.

If you mean 9 o'clock being pointed left across your left hip and 3 o'clock being pointed right across your right hip then I am at about 10:15 fully pumped standing.

So standing fully pumped I hang a bit low and to the left. But it works and I have not had any complaints for my girlfriends.

I guess what I am saying is 12 o'clock is straight up. Will my implant be the same.

It sounds like some guys use the clock standing up, where 3 o'clock is pointing straight out and away from you and 6 is straight down to the floor.
Some are lying down, where 12 o'clock is straight out and away from you and 3 points to your toes.
I used to be 2 o'clock on the standing scale, and now 3 o'clock after implant.

Nearly all medical literature drawings of anatomy are perspectives from standing positions, thus it makes sense to reference erection angles the same.

Anyone use a 24 hour clock as a reference?
