How to understand if there Is a possible erosion.

Hello, nice to meet everybody.
My name Is Teo, i'm 27, i write from Italy, sorry for my english.
Since July i have an AMS CX 20+3 cm.
I didn't have intercourse yet, i've only masturbated. I have only one doubt and maybe someone here can help clarify me: after how much time since the operation you can understand if there Is an erosion?
I try to explain me better. When i pump i feel like One of the cilinders goes too High, and the skin that separetes it seems really thin. And also when i pump a lot i feel a lot of pain in that area.
It's normal or i should be worried?
