Why would this be happening? Should I go see a urologist?

Do you think it is actually related to the implant? If you manipulate he pump without inflating, does it feel strange or painful in a similar fashion?
You may be experiencing something unrelated to the implant. Testicular torsion can be very serious.
Feel around some and see if you can figure out what is happening- swelling, other tenderness, etc

Thanks for the reply.. I have no noticeable discomfort in my balls or when I manipulate the pump without inflating. It's only when I inflate the implant and gets progressively more painful the more it is inflated. The discomfort feels something akin to a severe strain. The pain runs only on the left side and it runs from my perineum to my buttox. In case you don't know the perineum is the area that runs between the legs and connects your dick to your buttox. Any opinions would be greatly welcome, I can't seem to get rid of it and it's been several months now so I'm starting to think it might be relatively serious injury.

Do you have a local uro you can see? Don't know your location so I don't know how difficult it is to get back to see your implant surgeon.
