Has anyone with implant had a threesome and if so how did it go??

One answer could be: Yes. Very well.
Another answer could be: Why would a threesome in any way be differently affected by an implant than any other form of sex?

Why do you ask? With an implant you can have non-stop sex as long as the rest of you has the energy to proceed. You could have a group orgy if you wanted to.

Threesomes are easier with an implant, physically because one can stay erect through one's refractory period. But much more difficult is the emotional ramifications and the logistics (you still can only be inside one woman at a time).
