I guess the topic pretty much sums it up. I’m 6 weeks 2 days post op and was activated on 10/02/19. I still can’t orgasm masturbating and it’s very frustrating. Is this normal this early in the process or is there a problem? Any helpful comments would be appreciated.

For me it took a very long time, as in over 1/2 hour, in the beginning. Sometimes I would just get tired and give up it took so long. You are still early in the healing process. No way to say for sure how long or how much will come back but most if not all will return in most cases over time. I am a year and a half out and it just keeps getting better for me.

Three weeks after my implant surgery I was about as horny as I had been as a teenager so I gave it a try and had a really strong orgasm. I had my Prostate removed so I no longer can ejaculate, but the sensations were intense. I have read post from other guys who had the same issue as you do. We are all different and all heal on our own time.

It took me a while to reach orgasm after my activation, getting close then total shut down it was very frustrating. Then one day it just kind of happened and it was great.

Since then it does take me longer to get there, and have worn myself out and not being able orgasm. Other times I cum quickly almost to the point of being premature ejaculation, like I Pump up and like 5 strokes popping the cork.

I have had the same issue with my wife both of being physically excited she being able to cum and me getting close then it all stops and I end up starting over trying to get to orgasm. Some times just say enough and try it again later.

I had the same issue sometimes when I was using injections to get hard. I think it is a mental thing and will get better over time.

Complex issue

Thanks guys for the responses. I don’t feel so weird now. I was really thinking something was wrong with me. Every since my robotic prostate surgery I’ve been able to orgasm even with a flaccid penis, and now I can’t after this surgery. I guess there is just a lot waiting and time for everything to come together. This is truly an education.

Orgasms took longer after implant. I mentioned to Dr and he said this occurs in some cases but improves since nerves would be cut or damaged during surgery. Swelling at the minute level still affects nerves as well. Dr. Was right. After several weeks sensations improved and organisms more normal.

I cannot orgasm by "jerking off". However, I can usually come by laying face down and "fucking the sheets" while watching porn. Three implants in, with a loss of sensitivity each time, I currently have a very difficult time orgasming(?) with women. I've almost come to expect not to come. Sex for me is so many things that not coming, while a disappointment, is not a "deal breaker".

This morning with my "Japanese Ferrari", I did have an orgasm (lazy doggy). Knowing me well, immediately after "pull out", she went down and started sucking me, continuing my orgasm while I whimpered with pleasure. As my last few visits with her have been "orgasm-less", I was THRILLED!!!

I have used the Tri-Mix gel. It used to help but seems it doesn't any more. i have an appointment with Dr Perito next week and hope he has another solution for me.....

I am currently having a hard time ejaculating. good for the wife not so good for me. I've only been activated for about 2 weeks. I will provide an update in a couple of weeks. Gotta keep trying:)

Mine is loss of sensitivity also. Let us know what your doc says.
