With inflating twice a day—-when did you see the most growth? First three months? or last 9 months after your procedure. I’ve seen 3/4” growth the first 12 weeks and I’ve been doing my exercises regularly. I thought the biggest gains were doing 3 to 6 months or 3 to 12 months. Curious to see what others have seen.

What do you mean by "growth"?
Regaining recently lost size is not uncommon.
Regaining long-lost size is less common.
Gaining substantial never-before size is not common at all, nor the point of an implant.

My lifelong penis size was 5” soft and 6.5” hard. However, after having ED for years and especially after my Prostatectomy it was down to 2” soft at best, but often way less and 4.5” hard just before surgery due to Peyronies further shortening my shaft.
After the implant surgery when I was finally fully deflated after a few weeks I measured about 3” soft and 4.5” hard. After several months it was 4.5” soft and 6” hard and by 6 months it was 5.5” soft and 6.5” hard.
My thought on the change in size is the implant surgery causes a lot of trauma to the penis. For the first few months it is still in recovery mode and rather tense or tight. Later, after full recovery it is looser and then it is more flexible to grow. Just my perception.
I have an AMS700KGX. For those with a Titan the growth is more immediate due to the firmer cylinders. They do not expand and contract as much from inflating and deflating.

Remember, your tissues are living tissues. Cells continually being replaced, etc. So, soft tissue changes in size can occur. Over a period of years, one MAY see potential for girth and length increases. Usually not fully realized until a replacement/revision of the implant is done. But, such increases are in small increments.
Every little bit helps!

I think it’s about maximising what’s remaining.... and that may well be dependent on several things.
How long was your cock when you were in your 20’s?
How long since you stopped having adequate night erections?
How much atrophy has occurred?
I can only say that my size increased very slowly over an 18 month period of cycling and sex.....there wasn’t one day in particular that I woke up and “boom” there it was.
Follow your doctor’s recommendations.

Sorry mate I can’t really say......I don’t think I was aware of what I had lost and it was about the 15th month post op that I realised my cock was looking pretty damned good. I only took one pre op pic and the difference now is notable.
I also never ever measured myself. But now I’m over 6” flaccid, over 7” erect with a very much improved girth.
I cycled twice a day, fucked regularly and masturbated often. Doctors orders!
