What way do you activate your implant? I mean... do u activate always before having sex or during you are with preliminars?

Is it possible to inflate in a discrete way? I am thinking if i will have to say that i am implanted, even in a first date or there is a way for activate discretely.

I would just be honest and perhaps your partner would participate. Most likely your partner hasn’t ever experienced an implant. I’m really open about mine. Don’t bring it up unless necessary..

If you go out with a semi erection, does the pressure inside your jeans, and the "bend up": stress the device? and possibly destabilize the back end which is inside your body? Is the part of the implant where the erection needs to be bent, possibly subject to to much bending and stress? I've seen other posts regarding going out dancing/grinding while pumped up to a semi-erection, and I always wonder about this.
