What's the soonest guys have ejaculated/masturbated post-implant surgery? I would appreciate any tips/advice please.

I'll admit I ignored my doctor's advice to wait 6 weeks to be activated. I watched a number of videos as well as anecdotal accounts on this forum of others who jumped the gun.
