Sorry guys. Seems like this is a topic covered before but had trouble finding it in the historyn. Is there ANY benefit to using Cialis with an implant?

I have found i get fatter with it. penis still swells and throbs not sure if that is normal but it makes me happy lol

I use 5mg for daily use. Like the pump it give me in gym and urologist said it would help feed blood to remaining penile tissues and glans.

I am using 5 mg Cialis for glans otherwise, my glans stays soft and small. Cialis helps but glans is still smaller compared to prior to RP and implant.
With glans engorgment, I have a bit more feeling in glans area.

I've got Cialis from pre-implant and once healed I wouldn't be opposed to trying it (5mg daily for a week or two) if my dr. approves and thinks it might help. When I asked him about MUSE, he did say that he would prescribe it if I wanted to try it but that I wouldn't like it because it makes the penis ache badly (burn).

Has anyone here who is or has used Cialis with an implant ever tried MUSE for glans engorgement? For those who don't know, MUSE is a urethral "suppository" of Alprostadil that is inserted using in the urethra with an applicator.

I have an implant, but its undersized and use muse and a ved with cockrings for sex.
The glans gets bigger with muse and makes it easier to achieve a good erection with the ved.

I tried using one very carefully a couple of days ago while masturbating and it did give me a firmer glans. It was a simple 1" inside diameter rubber gel ring. I'm not sure in my case though if it would be advisable... I received my implant through penoscrotal incision so the tubing comes out of my corpora down and to the outside corner rather than up into my abdominal cavity. This means the tubing and the sutured corpora that holds the cylinders in will continually rub against the ring through the skin.

I don't see that being an issue on the person was implanted using an infrapubic incision since the tubing exits the top of the corpora instead of the lower corner.
