I have developed a small cord that runs just under the skin of my penis. I am 6 weeks out from implant. It does not have the same coloring as a blood vessel, but has the same structure as a vessel. It is small in diameter, but runs the length of the shaft. It doesn't hurt. Has anyone ever developed this post activation? I have an email into the surgeon, but no response yet.

Did you ever get an answer from Dr. Kramer? I wonder if it's related to the large blood vessel he tied off and cauterized during your operation? In the video of your surgery it's from 0:37 to 0:52 where the vessel was cut and cauterized.

It could be a vein thrombosis or a lymphatic issue.

Kind of my thought. I way thinking it could be that the remaining veins have to carry more blood as a result of losing the one big vein he tied off.

I agree that it's probably related to the vein ligation. Kramer said it could also be related to a "crinkle" in the cylinders and keep an eye on it.

Did Dr. Kramer video your revision surgery and did he give you a YouTube URL of the video?

So did Dr. Kramer give you a YouTube link to your revision or salvage surgery or does he video salvage surgeries? I'm interested in seeing how a malleable is inserted since everything I've seen in surgery videos up until now has been Coloplast or AMS 2 or 3-piece implants.

Nope. I looked up his vids hoping there was one of me since I am a funky case going from 3-piece to one piece.
I did see a vid of an infection, but it was not my dick, lol.
You think I should ask him after all this time? I mean, surgery was on the 10th. It never dawned on me to ask him about the vid. I just assumed he would do it, but never did.
