How soon post-implant vaginal intercourse?

Hello all. I am 4 weeks post-op today and feeling a million times better! My Titan was activated 10 days ago and I have begun to cycle daily for about 20 minutes - a little longer each day. At my dr appointment last Monday, he told me that ejaculation (by any means other than intercourse) is fine - NO INTERCOURSE UNTIL 6 WEEKS! He said that waiting those additional 2 weeks to the six week mark further reduces the chance of infection. He was very specific - even said oral is okay. Any post-op infections from "early" intercourse out there? Any feedback is appreciated.

We are all different and each doctor’s way of performing the surgery varies so you really just need to follow what the doctor told you. I had to wait 5 weeks. At my 4 week activation appt my doc said my incision was healed but to wait one more week to make sure everything was good.

Listen to your Doctor. I am sure there is little risk of infection but it's better safe than sorry. Infection is no joke.

my Dr. said 6 weeks as well, said could be up to 8 but 6 was the norm. Listen to your Dr. you have gone through to much at this point to chance screwing it up and having to do it again...

My doctor's reason for holding me back until six weeks wasn't for infection concerns. he said once my incision was healed sufficiently, the initial risk of infection was reduced. He said in my case, his concern was the massive Peyronie's damage that he had to remodel and he said the extra time would give my tunica and corpora more time to heal a bit to reduce the risk of injuries early on. As a matter of fact Jason, as you recall in our PM exchanges, I DID have some edema/swelling/internal bleeding around week 4 after getting too vigorous with my gel "stroker" (like a Fleshlight but without the housing). Scared the crap out of me, thinking I'd broken something irreparably. Wrapped my penis loosely with some athletic elastic tape over night to keep the swelling down and upon unwrapping in the morning, all that was left was a small blue bruise where the major edema and swelling was the night before.

This area was also swollen with the same type of bruise and edema after I got home from the hospital so it must have taken a lot of abuse during the remodeling procedure. If you view any of my pictures in "Implant Pictures" thread (page 59 or 60), the early post-op pictures of the left side profile should show the bruise and swelling I'm talking about.
