I am scheduled for surgery January 9th with Dr. Eid. Can anyone tell me the length difference between the flaccid vs erect

Good luck. I am sure everything will go well. Dr. Eid and his team is exemplary.i am following his instructions to the T and things are good thus far though only in post. Op day 6. My flaccid length is 4 inches and erect with 70% inflation is 5.2 inches.

If it goes anything like I have seen, you are going to be missing a whole lot...initially!
Keep repeating the mantra; 'Patience, Patience, Patience'. I have 8" (got pic to prove it), and after surgery, I was really, really disappointed, lol. I only had 3" left. WTF???
Reading on here, I just had to be patient with the process.

Yep, what everyone says patience. Do not even worry about length for several weeks. You are going to be swollen on your fat pad which is going to make you look shorter as well.
When the trauma goes away totally after a few weeks. Still do not worry. Just keep pumping it up. Slowly things do stretch out.
The absolute only thing to be concerned about as far as implant goes, is where your tips are. When you pump up good and hard. Those tips should be well in the glans. Over time the cylinders get softer and do their job stretching your dick no matter which implant you get. For the most part you can hope to get pre ed length back over time.
Accurate sizing is your best bet. And a good doc knows how to do that.
