What do I know, but I think today's pics (day 6) look vastly better than day 4.

I'm feeling okay except for one thing. As swelling has gone down, nutsack has gone down.

I have big balls. Grade A Large hen's egg balls x 2. Its kind of crowded with that pump in there.

At the request of one of the guys in the chat room, I'm throwing some pics of me before the surgery into this mess.

Yes, I think I had nice equipment before surgery. It was like having a really nice car with bad valves and a transmission problem. It might look nice but it didn't do you much good.

I counting on this to do me some good after I heal up.

Geeze, did not know this posting will go up as you are typing....well, now we know. I WAS asking where were the before pics, then poof! I looked at thread again and saw the before pics.

You look like you were hit by a bus. I had the penoscrotal procedure done. My cock looked like it went through a meat grinder the first week but very little bruising swelling. The good news is that bruising goes away and you have an instant on cock.

Good news is, it will get better. For those who saw my post surgery pics in the main PICS thread, that was 70 days ago to the date. Today I tried folding my penis down where the upper surface of the shaft (dorsal) was against the floor of my briefs. It was relatively comfortable without any pain!

It was a short 4-6 weeks ago where I couldn't even imaging bending it up, down or sideways for fear of throbbing pain.

I repeat, it will get better. I promise.

Cowboyntx, I just noticed you had this done in Austin. Can you tell me who you used? I'm in Austin too (Well, Bastrop but close enough)

Jon: I’ll be glad to. A couple of quick comments to suffer thru first.

First, the purple and swelling continue to subside here on day 8. I’ll try to get some pictures for later. It’s just difficult now that everyone is back home to take a photo with phone, move to laptop, shrink and crop, then upload on website. In all truth and honesty it’s way premature to render judgment on it without even cycling, but at 20% inflated it is laying there, about 6x5, looking very much like I would have wanted it to if given a choice. Still have some swelling but much better. Discomfort on left side of nutsack is about a 3 or 4.

Start cycling in a week. Hope I can find pump and be able to feel which part is which.

I used Dr. Bryan Kansas in Austin. I have read decent things about him on here and elsewhere. One of the few complaints was that a few guys made the comment they looked like they had been hit by truck afterwards. I sure did. But I’m thinking that some people do, and thus far the whole process has been in accordance with Doc’s predictions.

Dr. Kansas has the credentials, the volume, a pleasant bedside manner, was never pushy or left me feeling like he had other things to do than concentrate on my welfare. I was very happy with him (and the outcome so far, the final story has yet to be revealed).

I’m an Aggie, and Dr. Kansas did his undergrad at LSU, so the fact I let him work on me down there says something. Then again my orthopedic doc of choice played football at tu in the 70s. No accounting for taste.

I was less happy with the hospital where we did this (Seton NW, on US183) . It was day surgery. It was ok but less than overwhelming in terms of customer care. I’ll caveat that by saying I get most of my medical care from Scott&White in Temple, Texas so I am sort of spoiled by first class nursing staffs. I had a belly hernia done in a Temple on the 17th before the bionic dick installation on the 31st. Overall experiences rate like a 9 for Temple and 6 for Seton. Certainly tolerable.

But the Doc? Ask me in 6 months. Right now, I’d give him very high marks and I’m glad I used him.
