I was only implanted on 11/18 so the list of what I actually don't know is still pretty extensive.
I have observed that my pump, while it always felt squarely placed between my balls, it seems to have shifted a bit lower in my sac just over the last 2 weeks. The big marble ball is clearly visible. Even more so now that my edema / swelling has mostly resolved. I like it though, because it makes the bulb very easily accessible and easy to pump up without having to jockey for what precious space is remaining in there for my balls. From a visual perspective I couldn't care less that the bulb outline shows so readily, I just don't care. My doc says it's right where he intended it to hang.
I think it's just so variable. For me, my sac is naturally very small and tight to my body, that's just my anatomy. My balls seem to ride up high, they've never really hung particularly low in a spacious sac. So I might be the wrong reference point here! Things will continue to settle and shift for awhile for you though...
