Age 27 - scheduled Kramer implant - please help

Postby BillyPaul1992 » Wed Jan 15, 2020 10:04 pm

I’m 27. 3D ct cavernography revealed severe corporal fibrosis (distal 1/3), multiple tunica plaques developing; 2 calcified at base and mid shaft “hourglass deformity” (fatty scars slowly hardening that are only present in flaccid and semi flaccid state), and a deep venous leak. All caused from a year ago; mixing 20mg cialis with a very high dose of antibiotics and steroids to treat a severe staff infection from a tattoo. I think I expanded my penis beyond return..

I have a surgery scheduled with a world class surgeon next month for a 3 piece implant.

I have a girlfriend of 2 years and was forced to tell her. She didn’t take it like id hope and probably will leaving me. We used to have fire Sex and shits just weak now.. and probably weird forever post op.

Pde5 inhibitors still work for me at the 60-100mg rang. BUT my logic for jumping to an implant is to prevent further corporal fibrosis building up which might make surgery hard down the road and CONTINUE to shrink my penis (lost an inch length and close to an inch in girth in a year).

1. Safe to say I’m doing the right thing getting the implant?

2. How has the implant affected your sex life in relationships? - what’s their feedback on performance (better or worse than before)?

-Much love to you all

With all you have listed in your message, I don't think there's any doubt that is your probable best course.

How has the implant affected our relationship? During the past 20 years prior to my implant, I distanced myself from my wife romantically and didn't have relations of any sort. I wouldn't hug or cuddle her, kiss or sweet talk her or anything in between. The only time I did these things even to a small degree was when she complained that I wasn't the same romantic guy she married. I would give her a peck on the cheek to quiet her down.

I tried to explain to her that I couldn't do anything because things didn't work. I managed to get myself off when necessary in private by masturbating to porn but for the last 2-3 years I was beating a wet noodle. I kept telling her the old guy excuse, "It's not you, it's me." but in my case, I meant it.

After coming to terms with the problem and after several medical procedures covered most of my insurance out of pocket max for the year, I saw the financial means to finally get things fixed. I received my AMS 700 CX on 10/28/2019, 79 days ago.

How has it affected us? In the past week, after a bit of mental work to come up with a position that would work with my wife's weight, we have made love three times so far, giving her 7 clitoral orgasms the first night, 10 the next night and 6 last night, two of which were whole-body spasms. In addition, for the past several weeks or so I have given her a goodbye kiss every morning before going to work... Not the peck on the cheek of the past but a deep tongue kiss. I have spontaneously kissed and cuddled her on several occasions, and hugged her whenever I get a chance. I've even climbed into the bed while she is sitting watching television and pulled up behind her just to hold her. This is not the "ME" from months ago - it is the "New ME" after having a new sexual awakening thanks to my implant.

I feel for you, my recommendation to you would be figure out your situation at home, do your research on device you want and your size, and understand that like most people say here the majority of your time isn’t fucking and this device isn’t like your natural feeling wiener. But that said and devils advocate not working the muscle you lose the muscle.

Once calcification starts then PD causes all kinds of issues. Take from a guy who lost 3” in 1 year from Pd. Surgery is the standard and xiaflex is shit, so that will take almost 3/4
Of year to complete the treatment. Oh, 1 series is 10K, so 40K for the complete series, and with calcified lesions, it’s probably a waste of tine, pain, and more damage. I am 2 weeks post op, 59 and penis is now straight. Implant and plication. I probably will need a graft if the cycling does not expand the tissues. Ok,enough of that. The relationship question is easy. Your a young man. You have plenty of time find the relationship that works for you. But you come first. If she can’t handle the implant let her walk. It’s your health, and your next relationship may will accept you as you are.

Mitigating/preventing further length loss resulting from ED (regardless of its cause) with the added bonus of guaranteed performance were the motivating factors in my decision to get an implant. Knowing what I know now, I would have had it done preventatively before I ever had ED because it is inevitable that men will face that issue at some point as we age and it usually results in some loss of length before we catch it and/or take action. Also, my wife delicately explained that men fail to appreciate just how much a consistently hard erection means to a woman’s ability to orgasm. In her words, if size is the 5th most important thing to a woman, consistent hardness is the 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th. Ha!

A woman who would not stand by you and support you is probably not the best suited for you. You have no choice. I have not been given one negative comment when doing my research for my implant. My wife has worked in the medical field for over 40 years supported me with everything thing she had when I had my implant on 1/9/2020. She knew I had no choice and was by my side the entire time which meant the world to me. If your girlfriend needed a breast implant I’m sure you would support this her. It would be interesting to understand why she isn’t supportive of your implant surgery. If she does leave it’s probably for the best. You deserve better. I wish you the best!

Welcome. Happy you are here to share information, gather the experiences and opinions of others who know your situation all too well, and also to hear some tough love along the way:

At a very simple level, let's summarize:
1. You unfortunately have a progressive disease beginning to ravage an organ on your body.
2. That damage is already at a fairly advanced stage and is irreversible if left to its own devices
3. There is a particular, demonstrable, verifiable, and extremely well-proven medical intervention to stop the damage and restore function.
4. Your girlfriend will now leave you

?????????????

So...um..just what the fuck is that?

Listen...maybe this situation in your life, this real challenge you are up against, maybe this (and, her reaction to it) is simply the bright focused spotlight which needed to be shined on your relationship with her anyway. The specifics of this surgery are almost irrelevant. I'm talking about how people react to stress and to unknowns and to things which make them unsure and uncomfortable. And her reaction is unfortunately very revealing. It doesn't (the way you describe it, anyway) exactly speak to the solid foundations and deep partnered commitments present in couples who row into challenges and into conflict and who do it together. Together. So at some level, I wonder if her reaction to your pursuing implant is (truly, if you're being brutally honest with yourself about her) much of a surprise? I'm no therapist. I'm just wondering. Her resistance and fear and weakness here cannot be, after 2 years with her, a bolt-from-the-sky total surprise I would not think.

Via implant, you have the probable only opportunity to mitigate the current physical damage to your dick. You have the chance to restore sexual function. You have the chance to markedly enhance sexual function. You have the chance to entirely clear your mind of the crushing anxiety ED brings.

You also have the blessed chance to find a girl with the maturity, compassion, commitment, and internal strength this one so obviously lacks.

If she dips out, then I'm sorry for you mostly having to go through the implant surgery and recovery without a supportive partner. But you'll do it. You'll recover fine. You'll figure things out and prevail. And in a very short time, you will have a dick capable of things no other 27 year old anywhere can do. That's a fact. So there's my tough love, man. Let her walk. Better yet? You walk.

Thank God she revealed to you the wobbly weak stuff she's truly made of now, before you two got any further into a relationship.

I really admire you for doing what you're doing at your age.

I’m 65 and got my implant 1&1/2 years ago. Lost a little length and girth. However 20 years of ED and peyronies I lost 2 inches. If I was 27 knowing what I know now, I would be at the front of the line at Eid’s or Kramer’s clinic to get an implant. Your girlfriend seems selfish. It’s your body.
Get the implant fuck her, and I’m sure she will love it. See how many times she will come in two hours. If she doesn’t like that then she can leave. There are many women out there. I’m happily married and with the loss of length and girth she prefers the fact I can last and last. I have a pink bunny suit in my closet.
