Hi All-

On Jan 28th I was installed with Titan Coloplast 22cm with 1 rte from Dr. Kramer, Chesapeake Urology. This surgery was a revision from a previous one last year where the previous surgeon undersized and placed the pump way too high for comfort.

So far all swelling has subsided with the exception of the base of my left cylinder and some top scrotum. The tips are farther into the glands the before as Dr. Kramer made me aware that the previous implant was 18cm with 2 rte and was 3 cm off from glands.


My current issue: obviously patience is the key here but I want to know why all my pain has gone away minus this one knot/kink in the left cylinder base- note my left tip seems to be sliding down a tad as well. When deflated the kink is still there but less pronounced. However when I am fully pumped or even pumping that base kink becomes rock solid. I feel like my right cylinder is completely fine, no pain and stretches all the way into gland head.

So finally my question to all, has anyone had this problem?
Anyone see this knot go away over time of cycling?

I had my implant on 1/7/20,and I have the same problem you have; the only difference my is in the right side.
When I asked DR Eid he said" o it is a bend". I do not think it will disappear even thou is gotten better.

From what I have read on here, and experienced briefly, yes, it will get to the point of being softer. You will feel it, but it will not 'poke you' harder from the inside.
When I had mine, I had to be careful every time I pulled my pants/underwear up or down.

I have the same issue with my Titan on the right side just above the base. I should also clarify that I can feel one on the left side but its not as pronounced. When pumped I can feel the right side folds but it does not bother me that much unless I am too aggressive with sex. FYI.. I am on day 37 post op... The problem is when I try to deflate (which is another pain in the ass), I can really feel the kink on the right side base area or just above the base area. I can feel the really tough kink plus it feels like i have areas of bubbles of liquid still trapped in the right cylinder. It sure if the kink is preventing me from fully deflating which causes the bubbles above the kink but the pressure from the bubbles and the the edge of the kink pushing on the sides of my inner penis is definitely uncomfortable after a while. The kink and bubbles on the right side also causes my penis when deflated to point left which I’ve never had before pre implant. I hope this thing softens up soon as it is f’ing annoying!!

I guess kinks are common with Titan and CX.
My kink is only when deflated.
I'd not like a kink after being inflated.
Could it not be seated in glans and crus or is it possibly oversized?

Well I saw something that I freakin' had to laugh at a couple of nights ago after cycling... It wasn't really a kink or a dog-ear or accordian fold but I squeezed out all of the saline from my two CX cylinders, from top-to-bottom and my cock looked like someone had run over it with a car. The only thing missing was the treadmarks! I laughed and showed my wife, before reshaping it back to "round".

I noticed youre already using your device. Did you/Do you still have pain at the base from it? If not, when did you see a decrease in size pain?

Agfa 13- So is it just the cylinder is twisted or? A couple things I noticed:

Flaccid- I lean to the left 11 o’clock- pee crooked
Flaccid- cylinder tip comes down/right tip stays put
Flaccid- when feeling out the left and right base the right base is skinny and the left is thic with a knot.

Erect- right cylinder has a healthy curve from base to tips of gland- left cylinder just goes straight up from the base into the gland and does go very deep.

Also I’ve noticed my right cylinder pumps up first before my left as if there is a kink in the left area we are speaking of. I’m also thinking due to the kink I’m not fully extending


I know I need to be patient since I’m only about 15 days post op but damn this kink is pain ful- I’ve read through this forum for months before this post so “I get it” but I really hope this will resolves itself

Man dude this is the worst part about the whole implant/ if it wasn’t for this I’d be set
