Have you been tested for low testosterone? During my ED I had low testosterone as well and had low energy, low libido etc but once I got on testosterone shots that all changed. I still had ED and a penis that did not work and and my penis barely responded to anything sexual.. but I was horny as hell and would take every opportunity to let and show my wife that I wanted some sexual intimacy. I had a very high sexual libido but a penis I could not use . It was torture! I know very well what you mean. For years I thought I had low libido. At some point I realized it is the dick not working not my brain.
It is weird how you can confuse the two, but this is exactly what I feel. And it is exacerbated by every unsuccessful sex. You fail few times and you just lose desire to keep trying. You stop thinking about sex.

Actually, that *IS* your brain. I went through it. I was asexual and non-intimate for 20 years with my wife due to ED/PD combination. I couldn't, so I wouldn't think about it. My wife would confront me about not being the same romantic man she married years earlier and I tried to explain that I couldn't think about it because nothing worked.

On the rare occasion that I got aroused, usually it was porn and a self-luv handjob that would bring it to a conclusion. On the occasions that I had morning wood, I fought to resolve it as quickly as possible because of the pain from PD plaques in the base when it occurred. Usually the resolution came from something I have more recently discovered was causing more damage: pressing DOWN on the base of my cock until I felt/heard a "POP", after which the erection subsided almost immediately. That was doing major damage to my proximal erectile bodies every time I did it.

Fast forward to post surgery - My libido and desire for sex has gone through the roof and my wife almost has to cry "UNCLE" at times to get a rest. This, in my case, was a classic psychological case where I didn't think of sex or romance because it was emotionally painful that I couldn't perform. I think it might be a sort of performance anxiety...

This is such an interesting discussion. I believe that ED and low Libido are inter connected. Since I developed ED, my libido has gone down too. I am hoping after the implant, once I start using it, my libido will recover and I will once again become more horny and sexual fantasies would return.

Is there anyone else who have an implant willing to share their story related to their libido pre and post implant?

My answer: absolutely, YES. I am three years out and have completly accepted my implant as being part of me. In fact, Although I remember what it was like to have natural erections, I like the implant erection better because it will never go away and because I can keep thrusting after one orgasm.

Regarding dreams, I now have sex dreams with hot girls and I just pump it up in the dream and then pound that girl like crazy. There is never the nightmares of being impotent.

Regarding libido: yes I agree that libido is in large part a reflection of your testostorone level. So have your testorone checked.

Funny enough(sarcastic) i often have dreams as stsrting something sexual but im always aware of my ed and my limping dick and it became nightmare, so you also tangerine had those dreams before implant and now you are having real erotic dreams like normal?




Btw this fucking shit is all connected dick, brain , libido so i have fear that if i go with implant i will still dont have those crazy horny moments as before ed, but now im leaning more on the side that implant can fix that and that ed is playing games on my mind, is it true?
