Scheduled for implant surgery this Friday with Dr Kohler at the Mayo Clinic. Getting very nervous but also excited for what the future holds!! Previous relationship has ended and have been hesitant to pursue anything new until my ED gets resolved
It sounds like we are going with the Titan unit. Stay tuned for more........

I wasted so much time worrying about the surgery. It was very easy for me. 5 weeks today I hate mine done. Not one day of pain for me. I am a happy camper. You will be so happy when it is done. Good luck.

Completely understand what you’re saying. I’m right behind you being 2 weeks out from my surgery. I just have these moments of “what if?” that scares the bejesus out of me.
But on the other hand, I have a great surgeon and a wife that is totally on board and supportive.
I feel blessed the technology exists and force myself to have positive thoughts that soon I will have REAL sex again. I wish you great success with your surgery and a painless speedy recovery.

Gonesoft,
You already went thru painful RP and long and painful recovery.
I did same.
When I compare my RP experience and implant, my implant was not even 10% of pain and discomfort I had with RP. Never had any pain after implant that just regular Tylenol could not handle it.
Try to relax. You will see how easy it will be compared to RP.
Good luck with your surgery.
MK

Thanks MK. That is what the Dr told me as well, glad to hear it from someone else who's been thru it. Reading your signature details it looks like we've been thru a lot of the same issues! Glad to hear that you are doing well, looking forward to being in the other side.

Well, I did it!!!! 3 days post surgery and all is well. At home reclining, icing and watching old Cheers episodes on Netflix
Pain has been very manageable. 4 hr ride home on Saturday was a little painful but other than that Tylenol has been enough for pain. Constipation has come n gone as well. Planned to take the week off but may go in mid week. Thank you again to all of you out there for being open and honest about the whole process!! Looking forward to getting back 'out there'

Hey Gonesoft My Friend!
I had my implant surgery a few days before Cajun Jeff and our surgeries were very similar. I did not have any pain either! How this is possible I don't understand but it is true. Jeff and I talked almost everyday comparing our outcomes. We were very lucky. We both had bruising and swelling but no pain. I used ice a lot which helped my bruising and swelling. Everyone responds differently to this surgery but one thing I can say is I SPENT MORE TIME WORRYING ABOUT THIS SURGERY THAN IT WAS WORTH. The surgery was a piece of cake for both Cajun Jeff and myself. We both did great. Tuesday Feb 25th is my six week activation date. Can't wait to use it. I wish you the best of luck!

Notated,
You and Cajun are two stories that I followed closely and gave me the courage to go thru with this. I actually had surgery scheduled for early January but backed out due to nerves. But after reading your story I rescheduled. Good luck with your activation, looking forward to the next few weeks passing so I can start cycling at week 3. Thanks again for you optimism thru it all.
