Had my surgery 10 days ago. Had my post-op yesterday. My doc was out of town, but I was seen by the other doc in his office who was present during my surgery. He deflated the 30% erection they initiated during surgery, but did not re-inflate yesterday. Perhaps we should have tested it. He told me to cycle my erection up for one hour per day. Now home, three hours drive away, the pump bulb is the only thing rock hard. I have tried and and tried to squeeze it, but there is no give at all. I tried releasing the deflate valve, then starting over, but still nothing.
I've read online about "stuck valve" issues. Do you guys think that's what's going-on?
Yes, I've messaged my doc but he is out of the country in Dubai presenting at a conference so it may be several days before I can get in to see him.
Background: I've been doing hardcore gay porn for 7 years and am very well known. I've done more than 80 movies. Prior to discovering Trimix when I was 38, I often struggled with getting and maintaining an erection, but then suddenly was quite the stud. After repeated infections, bruising, the difficulties of traveling with Trimix, and the painful injections, I decided it was time to look for a better long time solution. Sadly, I am this morning, severely regretting my decision because this is not working. If this cannot be resolved, my sexual life, and my means of making a living are wiped out. I'm literally in tears this morning.
I had about 9x7 going into this. The doc told me I wouldn't lose more than 1/2 inch in length. Being unable to inflate it, I have no idea where I'm at now. Very, very scared.

Keep reading/doing a search on stuck valves. I seriously doubt the stuck valve because Dr. was able to deflate you. It may be just that you have to put more muscle into it as I have read on here about valves that are stubborn only because they are newly implanted.

Call the Patient Liaison. It is part of their job to talk patients through just this sort of thing. And, unlike your surgeon, is already paid for.

Did you try any of the solutions for "Pump bulb is hard and cannot be activated by the patient (Titan Touch):" in the Titan manual? download/file.php?id=5938

Manual? My doc didn't tell me anything about a manual. I'll download that, thank-you

I'm a heavy lifter at the gym. I can deadlift 365lbs for 20 reps no problem. I have exerted every last bit of pressure on this bulb, but it does not give at all. But should it really be THAT difficult? If this device is supposed to work for an 75-year-old man, would they really make it this challenging?

About 10lbs of pressure between thumb and index finger is enough to pump, it shouldn't be that difficult.
Did you try the "Second Solution" on page 4 of the manual?

What is the chance that you're squeezing it from the wrong direction? Front to back instead of side to side, so to speak.
Don't freak out. These things work, just a few of them can be stubborn. I'm almost positive that during the install that the surgeon had it working.
