So, i was speaking to another member of this site (don't recall his name) who also is looking forward for an implant.

As pills don't work always and the one time experimentvwith low dose caverject gave me a 6 hour erection ending on the ic. Set me foreard to an implant.
I was a little excited to get a fix for my 24/7 daily psychological depression.

But this guy said that an implant will last max 5 years on average and the Bulge is so visible that everybody sees a semi erection all the time. As i have to speak for large groups i'm afraid of that.
I'm aboutv18 cm and they will give me a Coloplast.

Do you think he's right?

Can someone with a Titan, please show how it looks in jeans?

Thanx in advance.

Any chance of using a lower dose?

I elected to skip the injection routine, suppositories or use of vacuum device with constriction rings, though all are viable alternatives if one chooses one of them. Did you try oral medications?

It is usually best to try the LEAST invasive solutions.

I don't know about "average". I have seen credible peer-reviewed medical journal articles that suggest 10-12 is a reasonable service life. Once you get past the first couple of months of higher-risk-of-complications (infection, faulty implantation, device defect, etc, all low-incidence of occurrence) you should be fairly free of worries as long as you don't have some kind of accident that physically damages the device.

I don't think he is right. If you had a small flaccid before, you may have a larger and firmer flaccid, but not anything outside the realm of normal. People who saw you before might detect it. People who never saw you before would likely think you are just a guy with a normally large flaccid.

Why are they giving you a Coloplast instead of an AMS device? Usually there is a reason, like needing the firmer flaccid of the Coloplast because of Peyronie's disease or the like.

People who carry concealed firearms have a phrase that might serve you well if you do wind up with a bulge you wish to conceal (That's "IF"). "Dress around the gun." It is farily easy to conceal a weapon (or a penis) if you choose your clothing with care. You might want to wear compression underwear, carry your bulky wallet in a front pocket, switch to pleated-front pants, switch to untucked shirts, etc.

Also, be aware that the Titan's uninflated state does soften over a period of months, so after a time, not only do you (and your audience) get used to your new appearance, your new appearance will mitigate itself a bit.

Sorry, I don't have the pictures you requested, but I do have the distillation of what I have read over the past couple of years on Franktalk.

I have a 22cm coloplast titan. I wear hanes flex boxer breifs and they conceal the buldge decently. If you wear 100% cotton boxer breifs, they will strectch out and pretty much fit like regular boxers. Trust me. After a while you won't give a shit and you'll enjoy seeing women glance down at your crotch.

Men have genitals. They often create a "bulge" implant or not. Don't be ashamed of your manhood, wear it, show it proudly!

Not sure why a bulge would be a problem. I wear mine proudly everywhere I go and enjoy the attention from women and men.

I don't seem to deflate to a flacid state, but the resulting bulge in dress slacks or changing at the gym doesn't cause me any concern. This will be my first full summer with my implant. I still don't foresee any problem. Before ED, getting a hard-on in the pool or at the beach was VERY obvious.

Nice bulge there...it will certainly get my attention:)
Speaking only for myself, when I say bulge, I am talking about walking around with a hard on, which I had with the malleable.
Now that I have the Titan, if there is a bulge, even when I am deflated, that bulge I can handle more readily then the malleable bulge.

If really worried, wear a long shirt that is meant to be worn out of pants:)
