Can't say for absolutely sure in anyone's specific case, but my first response is, "Yes, ABSOLUTELY normal!"

My surgeon left me inflated about 80% and it felt like my penis was squashed in a vice. He deflated it the day after surgery to about 70% and it felt a little better (tolerable rather than excruciating).

Your cavernosum tissues were either removed or extremely squished inside your tunica albuginea. And the material of which the Titan is made is not very forgiving. It will soften over time and your tissues will accommodate.

If your penis begins to feel overly warm to the touch (or overly cold), changes color (blue or red) or swells up, get to your doctor, surgeon or emergency room right away. Otherwise, just stay in touch.

Yes Sir, same issue with me. We had surgery on the same day with the same doctor. I take 4 200mg of Ibuprofen and 2 tylenols a couple times a day and it goes away. Getting better each day. I hope you recover well:)

It was always a dull ache the first couple of months. Nothing to bad. Just uncomfortable.
