I think my Titan was installed backwards???

Postby spirit » Sun Mar 15, 2020 6:45 pm

Now that the swelling has gone down, I think I have made a discovery that explains my lack of length, the two bulges 1.5" outside my body and the continual discomfort deep inside and in the shaft.

From what I can tell here and Wife agrees is that I have less than two inches of cylinders past the tubes ending well before the glans. From additional measurements, it seems that from the tube exits there is about 6.5 inches or more extending to and pushing against my anus. I think this whole contraption was installed backwards. Even the exit of the tube is correct if this backwards situation is the case.

When pumped fully, I am the exact size as when deflated. Glans is totally floppy and small. I have great pressure within my body and can feel these big shafts moving and expanding within me. I also have pain and aching within where the shafts have put pressure on everything. I have a 20cm Titan and the above measurements also add up to my assumption this is in backwards. The tubes actually run 2+ inches back into my body alongside the cylinders.

Other facts: Pumped or deflated; 4.25" (from 6.5 to 7" with Vacuum before surgery and as "normal from permanent ED" Same girth pumped or deflated.

This backwards condition explains the loose skin, the lack of length and everything else I have outlined in other posts. What are the chances? Thoughts?

I'd say that's almost if not totally impossible to have an implant installed backwards. The tubing comes out of the incision in your corpora and they i are Inside you're body so if they were installed backwards, the tubing would come out near the tip of your penis, definitely not something that could be missed.

Now upside-down is another thing but that is just dependent on whether it way a penoscrotal or infrapubic installation.

They come out within 2" of where the tips end. They can be felt for 2" until they enter my body. I don't know what else could be as perhaps 60-70" of the total length is inside me and clearly felt.

Were you degloved for your implantation? Installing the cylinder from the tip and then running the tubing down the length of the shaft is just not normal and I don't believe there would even be enough tubing do do that anyway. The doctor who does that would be going out of their way to be incompetent. The most distal that the inflatable cylinders would ever be installed is at or just behind the base of the penis. It's likely you are trying to understand the feeling from under-sized cylinders.

If you had your implant through infrapubic approach, the tubes are almost certainly coming out of the tops of your corpora cavernosa, inside your abdomen. If you had the implant through penoscrotal approach, they will be coming out the bottom of the corpora inside your abdomen or near the base, and then along the penis until they turn and go into the scrotum.

I think a good indicator of the proper orientation of the cylinders would be if you had the small wounds in the glans we call "snake eyes". If you have them, you are probably installed correctly. If not, it could be screwed up.
After reading some cases here, nothing's impossible.

Did you have the snake eyes in the head of your penis? That is how the cylinders are pulled up into your penis. I do not know for sure on this. I suggest that you watch Dr. Kramer's YouTube videos. I think the strings might come pre attached to the cylinders. If so, how would the surgeon pull the cylinders into place.
I'm like the others, I have a hard time seeing how they could be backwards. You would think that the implant liaison would of pointed out the error.
My best & only suggestion is to get copies of the sugery reports. Maybe if there was confusion in the surgery room it might of got documented in the record.
Btw, how many cm's long is your implant?

For example as to what tomas1 is talking about, here's my picture from the day after surgery.

Did you have similar "eyes" on the head of your dick where the doctor pulled the suture material through to seat the tips in the glans.

I was infrapubic and the tubes definitely are outside my body. They appeared to be at the base but once swelling subsided all the way, they are right there, a full 2" outside my body. I can also feel the tips near my anus plain as day.

I can plainly feel two small tubes and two larger ones well outside my body in the deflated shaft. They can be separated and counted and the two small diameter, harder tube extend at least 2" out, perhaps more. This is fact. There are not supposed to be four tubes in my actual penis according to any drawings.

Not sure what that means.

No. I also never had any pain in my penis after surgery. All soreness was inside. Even after first activation, no stretching or pain in the shaft. The pointed tips end well before the glans, they can be felt easily.
