Hi All. I was scheduled for surgery to receive an AMS 700 LGX from Dr. Henry in Shreveport. I’m in my 40’s, very healthy and active but have battled with ED and low T since my 20s. Yesterday, I received a call from the hospital in Shreveport informing me that all elective surgeries are canceled due to the Corona fears. I am very disappointed. On the bright side, I have decided to move forward with Kramer or Eid ASAP. Can someone please message me with a contact email for Kramer or Eid? Thanks for all the great information and encouragement. Looking forward to going bionic.

I’m scheduled April 6th to have extensive hardware in my back from a failed fusion surgery 15 months ago removed. The constant pain I’m in makes it an extreme priority for me. Yet I just saw a HHS official on the news calling on doctors to cancel all non life saving surgeries. Fuck!

Just heard from Dr. Eid's office. Elective surgeries such as IPP are canceled in New York as well. It appears Dr. Eid is on hold for the moment.

I was scheduled to have my revision surgery on the 30th but my employer has canceled all vacations. Not that it matters the hospital has canceled elective surgery anyway.

Hi, I write from Spain. If I were you, I would postpone implant till corona issue gets solved. As you know, Spain is one of the most affected countries in the world by this pandemia. United States is getting worse everyday. In Spain, doctors have postponed ALL surgeries, and even those implanted before the confinament, are not activated in their time, the activation has been postponed till corona is solved. People has to stay at home except if they have a serious health problem, and activation of an implant is not one. I don't think there is a real problem wait weeks for activation, but if you can avoid, it is not going to damage anything and you don't take the risk.
Every person that go with surgery before pandemia is solved, take the risk of not being activated in months.

Now is not the time to come to NYC under any circumstance. Everyone needs to stay home for a bit.
